I was so excited to finally become a mom but no one told me the intensity of what it is like when you have this bundle of joy to take care of and you lose yourself in the process.
And I almost didn’t even realize I lost myself because I was so consumed with….

After going into a deep depression, I was done putting myself at the bottom of the list.
I started to prioritize myself and I gained a renewed sense of self and rediscovered my glow.
It was from this rediscovery and realizing that other mamas were struggling to caring for themselves while wearing all the hats that my drive to help mamas love on themselves again was born.
