What is Human Design?

Human Design is a self-discovery system that blends astrology, the chakra system, the I Ching, and the Tree of Life to help you understand how your energy is meant to flow. It reveals your natural strengths, the ways you best make decisions, how you are designed to work with others, and what you need to feel truly fulfilled.

I fell in love with Human Design because it helped me feel seen. I knew I wasn't like everyone else, but I didn't understand why people often ignored me, yet I desired to be appreciated and acknowledged. Once I learned my Human Design, it explained what I knew about myself in a way that made sense, but also gave me practical tools to lean more into my design.

Your Human Design is a roadmap to your purpose, your energy, and your most authentic self. Sometimes, the true version of yourself gets hidden behind the labels, projections, and societal expectations, but Human Design gives you permission to stop trying to fit into a life that is not designed specifically for you. It shows you how to honor your natural rhythms, make aligned decisions, and find purpose in the everyday moments.

Your Energy Type tells you how you are designed to use your energy and key ways to know if you are in alignment or not.

Your Authority tells you how you are best meant to make decisions. This can help you build trust in yourself rather than getting caught up in self-doubt or indecisiveness.

Your Profile tells you the role you are meant to play in your life and how others see you.

Your Centers tell you where you have consistent access to energy and where you are influenced by others. This can help you understand your strengths, what draws people to you, what holds you back or trips you up.

When you live in alignment with your design, you feel more grounded, peaceful, and connected. You stop seeking validation outside of yourself because you trust your inner knowing for what is right for you.
